To demonstrate our expertise we have been consolidating and documenting our processes across Quality Management, Health and Safety, Environmental Management and Building Confidence.

With nearly 70 years of collective industry experience, Indeglas knows a thing or two about interior glass solutions, and being the sole UK and Ireland supplier, installer and designer of Deko of Denmark’s multiple award-winning glass solutions shows our commitment to quality.

To demonstrate our expertise we have been consolidating and documenting our processes across Quality Management, Health and Safety, Environmental Management and Building Confidence.

We are pleased to announce that Indeglas meets all the requirements of process and quality assurance providing main contractors and interior fit-out specialists with a highly compliant specialist sub-contractor.

External auditors have fully examined and documented our workflow and processes, and we have achieved, for the fifth year in a row, Achilles Building Confidence Level 4. This is the outcome of a rigorous audit, including an onsite visit and full access to our documentation and Standard Operating Protocols through a prerequisite questionnaire. Achieving Achilles Building Confidence represents the overall reliability of Indeglas systems and processes.

Last year, Indeglas was one of the first construction companies to be audited to the new standard of ISO 9001 (2015). This version of the standard analyses the company’s policies and processes in the context of the strategic goals and mission of the organisation, linking every standard back to the company’s main aims. Our management team was involved with every aspect of the audit and we are delighted to announce that we passed the audit without a single non-conformance.

ISO 14001 is part of a family of standards that allow companies and organisations to manage their environmental impact. Last year we were audited to the new version of the standard (2015) and are delighted to announce we passed and achieved a high level of conformance to the standard. Indeglas prides itself in offering a five year guarantee on all components and offers a maintenance service for each interior glass installation for the lifetime of the building, strongly supporting our sustainability ethos.  We are dedicated to the management of every aspect of energy use, materials application and the careful management of any waste we create and strive continually to reduce our carbon footprint. These attributes were reflected in our successful audit.
